Quality Control & Testing

How We Ensure Every Meter of Webbing Meets International Standards

Published Aug 11, 2026

Quality control is embedded at every stage of our manufacturing process. From incoming raw material inspection to final shipment, our ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system ensures that every roll of webbing and every assembled strap meets or exceeds the specified standards.

Raw Material & Tensile Strength Testing

Every production batch begins with rigorous incoming material inspection. Our High-Performance Industrial Webbing Roll, certified to WSTDA and ISO 9001, undergoes tensile testing to verify its breaking strength before fabrication. For example, Standard Heavy Duty Ratchet Strap webbing is pulled to destruction, consistently achieving break strengths between 10,000 lbs and 20,000 lbs — well beyond its Working Load Limit (WLL) of 3,333–6,667 lbs. In contrast, General Purpose Woven Webbing provides medium to high tensile strength for less demanding applications, ensuring every product tier meets its specified performance envelope. Webbing widths from 0.5 inch to 4 inches are verified with digital calipers to maintain cross-sectional uniformity and predictable load distribution.

Proof Load & Safety Factor Validation

Finished assemblies are systematically proof-loaded to confirm their rated capacities and safety margins. Our Industrial Steel Load Binder, with a 10-ton to 25-ton capacity range, is individually tested at a minimum 3:1 safety factor — meaning a 10-ton binder is loaded to 30 tons without permanent deformation. Similarly, the E-Track Ratchet Strap Assembly undergoes lift testing at 1,600 lbs and drag testing at 3,333 lbs to verify its dual-duty rating. The Retractable Ratchet Strap System, available in lengths from 12 ft to 40 ft, is cycled under tension to validate spring-loaded mandrel durability and consistent retraction after repeated use.

Corrosion & Environmental Endurance Testing

For hardware exposed to harsh environments, we conduct accelerated salt spray tests (ASTM B117) and cyclic humidity exposure. Our 316 Marine Grade Ratchet Strap, built with 316 stainless steel hardware and UV-resistant black polyester webbing, maintains a WLL of 1,600–3,333 lbs even after 500+ hours of salt fog — a direct contrast to standard zinc-plated carbon steel components, which exhibit red rust within 200 hours under identical conditions. Truck Bed Tie-Down Anchors receive high-corrosion-resistant zinc plating or aluminium construction, verified through Kesternich and neutral salt spray evaluations, while Forged End Hooks with yellow chromate finish demonstrate superior oxidation resistance versus plain finishes.

Dimensional Accuracy & Visual Inspection

Each component passes a 100% visual and dimensional inspection before final assembly. Webbing widths are held to a tolerance of ±0.05 inch across the range — from the 1-inch Woven Polyester Lifting Sling to the 12-inch Double Eye Polyester Webbing. End fittings, such as Steel Eyelet End Fittings and Heavy Duty Ratchet Buckle Assembly components, are gauge-checked to ensure seamless compatibility with webbing widths of 1.5, 2, and 3 inches. Forged End Hooks (S/F/J/Hooks) are measured at the throat opening and verified for proper size compatibility (1.5-inch to 3-inch webbing) to prevent premature wear or slippage.

Certification & International Compliance Audits

Our quality management system aligns with international standards to ensure consistent product integrity. The High-Performance Industrial Webbing Roll is produced under an ISO 9001-certified process and meets WSTDA requirements for synthetic webbing. Industrial Safety Carabiners are CE-marked and ANSI-compliant, with major-axis WLL verified at 22 kN through third-party lab testing. We subject the 316 Marine Grade Ratchet Strap to MIL-Spec corrosion resistance protocols, and all load-rated assemblies, including the E-Track Ratchet Strap Assembly and Double Eye Polyester Webbing, undergo batch-level traceability and certificate-of-conformance documentation, enabling full audit readiness for sectors such as Marine & Shipping and Military & Defense.
