Choose the ideal fiber for your load requirements. We work primarily with 1000D high-tensile polyester, which provides a break strength of 10,000 lbs to 20,000 lbs on standard webbing, and up to 40,000 lbs working load limit for double-eye configurations. This material offers lower stretch and superior UV resistance compared to nylon, making it the preferred choice for outdoor and heavy-duty applications. For example, our Standard Heavy Duty Ratchet Strap uses this polyester to achieve a 6,667 lbs working load limit, while our Double Eye Polyester Webbing can handle up to 40,000 lbs. The difference: nylon absorbs shock better but degrades faster under sunlight; polyester maintains integrity in harsh environments, a critical factor for marine and construction use.

Your brand or safety coding matters. We formulate dyes to match any Pantone or RAL color, with a minimum order of 250 units for custom colors. Our UV-stabilized pigments are tested for colorfastness after 1,500 hours of accelerated weathering, ensuring they won't fade under continuous exposure. This is standard in our Marine Grade Straps, which feature black UV-resistant polyester that endures saltwater and direct sunlight for years. Our custom assemblies include components like Forged End Hooks with zinc plating for corrosion resistance, Steel Eyelet End Fittings crimped to match the webbing's WLL, and Heavy Duty Ratchet Buckle Assemblies with double-action pawls. A typical configuration might pair 2-inch polyester webbing with a zinc-plated ratchet buckle rated at 3,333 lbs WLL, all assembled and proof-tested as a unit. For specialized needs, our 316 Marine Grade Ratchet Strap uses stainless steel hardware to resist saltwater corrosion, a contrast to standard carbon steel that requires plating. We also offer E-Track compatible hardware with 360° swivel, such as our E-Track Ratchet Strap Assembly rated at 1,600 lbs lift and 3,333 lbs drag.

Every custom order undergoes rigorous testing to meet or exceed industry standards. Our manufacturing process is ISO 9001 certified, and webbing is tested per WSTDA guidelines, with a consistent safety factor of 3:1. For military contracts, we can supply to MIL-Spec requirements, and for European markets, CE and ANSI compliance is standard. Load testing is conducted on random samples from each production batch—for instance, a batch of 2-ton WLL slings will be pull-tested to 6 tons to verify the 3:1 safety factor. We also maintain traceability records down to the raw material lot, a necessity for Lifting & Rigging and Aerospace applications where failure is not an option.
